About the Role

This isn't your typical retail sales role.

We're looking for someone with a genuine eye for design who loves working with people just as much as they love beautiful interiors.

You'll spend your days helping homeowners, architects, interior designers and builders bring their projects to life by selecting premium natural stone, porcelain tiles and architectural finishes.

You'll provide design guidance, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and build lasting relationships with clients throughout their project journey.





If you get excited walking through beautiful homes, scrolling Pinterest or Instagram for design inspiration, or helping people create incredible spaces - this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting customers with tile and natural stone selections
- Providing design advice and colour coordination
- Preparing quotations and following up opportunities
- Reading architectural plans and estimating quantities
- Creating finish boards and product presentations
- Building long-term relationships with builders, designers and retail clients
- Coordinating samples and project requirements
- Working closely with our warehouse and operations team to ensure exceptional customer service
- Staying up to date with the latest design trends and product releases

About You

We're not looking for just another salesperson.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves design, enjoys building relationships, and has the confidence to turn inspiration into sales.

You'll ideally have:

- A passion for interior design, architecture or beautiful spaces
- An eye for colour, texture and material selection
- Previous experience in showroom sales, interior design, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tiles or building products
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working with homeowners, builders and design professionals
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Interior Design qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
