Using only the finest seasonal ingredients, we craft dishes like seafood boils, classic burgers, and grilled options, all served with a "GET MESSY" attitude. All staff will be paid at least the minimum award wage under the Hospitality Industry Award.

Qualifications & Experience

- Prior experience in waiting tables or bar work preferred.
- Well-presented and skilled attitude.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Must have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
- Juniors (under 18) are welcome to apply, but due to RSA regulations, they cannot prepare or serve alcoholic beverages (including cocktails).

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Taking orders & resetting tables.
- Assisting with food service & front door duties.
- (18+) Mixing & serving alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks).
- Ensuring all drinks meet our high-quality standards.
