We are partnering with a well established manufacturer operating a brand-recent, state-of-the-art production facility, and they are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join their afternoon shift team.

The Role reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance, fault-finding and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment across the site.
Key responsibilities include
- Preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance
- Mechanical fault-finding on high-speed production equipment
- Supporting production to minimise downtime
- Assisting with equipment upgrades, installs and improvements
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, GMP and WHS standards
About You
- Previous experience in FMCG manufacturing highly regarded
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Safety-focused with a proactive attitude
