Business Analyst / Initiative Lead

We are seeking a proactive Technical Business Analyst / Initiative Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of minor works, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions while fostering key stakeholder relationships.

What You Will Do:

- Lead minor initiatives from concept to closure, managing delivery schedules, risks, and project artefacts to ensure scope alignment.
- Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and technical requirements, creating Request for Approval (RFA) business cases.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to formulate estimates, resource profiles, vendor deliverables, and cost models for funding approvals.
- Partner with technical delivery teams, service providers, and vendors to ensure technical solutions match operational objectives.
- Provide explicit status updates to leadership,



proactively managing dependencies, deviations, and continuous process improvements.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally handling concept-stage deliverables and minor technical works.
- Strong project management background with proven experience leading initiatives and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Solid technical aptitude with familiarity in systems design, technical specifications, and software development processes.
- Proficiency with industry tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Signavio, and the MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with energy industry experience considered highly desirable.
