The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Associate to join a busy Property team.
This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys managing matters autonomously while working closely with clients and providing practical, commercial advice.
Your work will include:
- Commercial, retail and industrial leasing
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and leasing documentation
- Managing transactions from commencement through to settlement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in leasing and conveyancing
- Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- The ability to manage files independently from start to finish
- Accurate time recording and billing experience
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to legal practice
