As a BSPPractitioner, you will work holistically with participants across various age groups to reducebehavioursof concern,work toeliminaterestrictive practices, and improve overall quality of lifefor your participants.

Currently we have participants eager to start their services with us, so the successful applicant must be a registered practitioner ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and review evidence-based, person-centredBehaviourSupport Plans (BSPs).
- Provide clinical training and support to families, carers, and support networks.
- Write comprehensive, high-quality clinical reports to advocate effectively for your participants' funding and needs within the NDS framework.
- Collaborate closely with internal multidisciplinary team members and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who brings the following:

- A minimum of 12 months of experience practicing as aBehaviourSupport Practitioner.
- Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission: Core or Proficient level preferred.
- Committed to empowering participants, helping families thrive, andutilizingrespectful, creative, and evidence-based strategies.
- Ability to work as part of a team and value the holistic insights a multidisciplinary approach brings.
- Strong verbal and written communication with excellent report-writing skills with a proventrack recordof successfullyadvocating forparticipants.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC), and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.
