Your Role

In the role of a Spa Receptionist, you will provide excellent customer service to customers in-spa, over the phone and via email. Using your solid IT skills, you willmanage treatment bookings, process gift vouchers & product sales, answer email enquiries andbe responsible fordata entry/inventory requirements. The role will also include general cleaning responsibilities such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, stocking/ arrangingproductand any other housekeeping tasks that will support the everyday function of the spa.

Your Skills & Experience

- You havepreviousreception/customer service experience (experience in spa or beauty industry preferred).
- Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti).
- You have excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently andmultitask.
- You havestrong communicationskills and excellent personal presentation standards.
- You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
