- Work across a portfolio of large, high value retail assets.

- Ideal for someone who enjoys workingwithhard services, soft services, BMS-related matters, contractorperformanceand site presentation across the portfolio.

- Proven experience in a Senior Operations Manager, Senior Facilities Manager or similar role within shopping centres, retailpropertyor comparable fast-paced asset environments.

- Strong capability managingmulti siteportfolios, balancing travel, priorities and competing operational demands effectively.

- Confident handling incidents, siteissuesand escalations, with the ability to make sound decisions in a calm and professional manner.

- Practical,resilientand accountable, with a strong understanding of safety, risk and compliance requirements and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic retail environment.

- Comfortable working across4x shopping centres and travelling to sites.

- Must havea valid driver’slicense.

The role

You’llmanage hard services, maintenance,complianceand contractor performance to ensure each centreremainssafe,efficientand ready for trade every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of four shopping centres acrossNewcastle, Port Stephens and Hunter region.

- Coordinate all maintenance activities, including planned,preventativeand reactive works, working closely with contractors to minimise disruption.

- Manage hard and soft services,



building systems, contractorperformanceand overall site presentation.

- Carry out regular site inspections,identifyissues early and ensure they are resolvedin a timely manner.

- Monitor operational budgets, track spend and prioritise work across the portfolio.

- Respond to tenant and operational requests, delivering a high standard of service in a live retail workplace.

- Maintain a strong focus on safety,riskand compliance across all centres.
