At My Hospital Foundation, we work every day to improve healthcare outcomes for our community. We fund critical equipment, services and initiatives that go beyond government funding and make a real difference to patients, families and frontline healthcare workers.

We are seeking a Junior Foundation Officer who is enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn how a not-for-profit organisation operates from the ground up.

This is an entry-level role suited to someone early in their career who wants exposure to fundraising, events, stakeholder engagement, administration and community impact – with the opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibility over time.

About the Role

Part time, 32 hours per week, reporting to the Managing Executive Officer and working closely with the Foundation Officer and Managing Executive Officer, this role provides hands‑on operational support across the Foundation.

You will be a team player who is happy to pitch in where needed, learn by doing, and support a wide range of activities that keep the Foundation running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative and operational support to the Foundation team
- Supporting the planning and delivery of fundraising and community events
- Assisting with social media content and posts on behalf of the Foundation
- Participating in Doctors Runs,



supporting the protected transport of critical doctors to and from the hospital and airport
- Supporting day‑to‑day Foundation activities as directed by senior team members
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement and community activities
- Contributing ideas and energy to Foundation initiatives and projects

- Previous experience is not essential – attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are key.

Pre‑Employment Requirements

Appointment is subject to:

- A satisfactory National Police Record Check
- Proof of identity and legal right to work in Australia
