About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide support to participants, promoting independence, building capacity, and supporting daily living. Your role may include:

- Looking for people with clinical experience (EN/RN. ex. paramedics etc. highly desirable), if you are ready to leave the clinical setting and support people in the community, don't hesitate to reach out!

- Personal care (showering, dressing, medication support)

- Community access (appointments, shopping, social and recreational activities)

- Supporting participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, with in-active and active overnights

- Household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation, domestic assistance)

- Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive engagement

- Implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies (where applicable)

About You





You're compassionate, reliable, and professional, with a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities. Ideally, you will have:

- A genuine commitment to person-centred support

- NDIS Worker Screening Check

- First Aid & CPR

- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

- Cert III or higher in Disability, Community or Individual Support (preferred, not essential)

- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a professional approach

- Mental Health experience (highly regarded)

- High-Intensity support experience (highly regarded)
