About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to lead the delivery of industrial electrical projects in the water and wastewater sectors, from initial tender through to project completion. This role suits someone who can confidently move between estimating and hands-on project management, overseeing projects from the office and on-site alike.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for industrial electrical projects.

- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and scope of works.

- Manage projects from award through to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing.

- Liaise with clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.





- Coordinate site teams and attend site visits and inspections as required.

- Identify risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle and implement solutions.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all projects.

- Maintain solid working relationships with clients, industry suppliers, and subcontractors.

About You:

- Trade-qualified electrician or relevant technical background, with industrial experience (water, sewer, or similar preferred).

- Demonstrated experience in estimating and/or project management within the electrical or industrial sector.

- Strong understanding of electrical industry standards and safety requirements.

- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

- Well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating or project management software highly regarded.

- Current Manual Driver's Licence and a clear criminal history check.
