What You Will Be Doing
- Operating a roller on civil construction works
- Compacting surfaces to project specifications
- Conducting pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks
- Working safely within site procedures and project requirements
- Assisting with flood recovery and reconstruction activities
- Contributing to daily production targets and team outcomes
What You Will Need
- Previous experience operating rollers on civil construction sites
- Current Roller Operator Ticket
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Commitment to safe work practices
