Launch your career with one of Australia's leading healthcare recruitment agencies.

E4 People is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency based in Sydney's CBD, just moments from Town Hall Station. As we continue our journey towards becoming Australia's most recommended healthcare staffing brand, we're looking for an organised, motivated, and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. You don't need previous recruitment experience, we'll teach you everything you need to know through structured training, hands-on mentoring, and ongoing support from experienced leaders.

If you're resilient, enjoy talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a career with genuine progression, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

You'll begin by learning the foundations of healthcare recruitment, supporting candidate sourcing, onboarding, and day-to-day operations before progressively developing into a full 360° Recruitment Consultant managing both candidates and clients.

No two days are the same. You'll spend your time speaking with healthcare professionals, building relationships, supporting compliance processes, and working alongside an experienced team to help deliver exceptional staffing solutions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen and engage nurses and healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent opportunities
- Conduct phone and video interviews with prospective candidates
- Coordinate reference checks and candidate onboarding
- Work alongside our Compliance team to ensure candidates meet industry and regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative and operational support to the recruitment team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare clients

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
- Work towards individual and team KPIs with ongoing coaching and development

About You

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for working with people.

You’ll ideally have:

- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or unrestricted working rights
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with people over the phone
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience, motivation and a desire to continually learn
- Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, call centres or recruitment is advantageous, but not essential

What You’ll Receive

At E4 People, we invest heavily in our people because we know great careers don't happen by accident.

- Comprehensive recruitment training from day one
- Ongoing mentoring from experienced consultants and leaders
- Continuous coaching from your Division Manager and Learning & Development Manager
- Clear career progression into full 360° recruitment and future leadership opportunities
- Competitive salary of $70,000-$75,000 + Super + uncapped quarterly commission
- 20 days annual leave, plus your birthday off and a quarterly wellness day
- Modern Sydney CBD office, conveniently located near Town Hall Station
- A genuinely supportive and cooperative team culture
- Regular social events including run club, volunteering initiatives and team celebrations

Why Join E4 People?

- Structured classroom and on-the-job training
- Mentoring from experienced, high-performing recruiters
- A collaborative, high-performance culture that celebrates success
- Meaningful career progression and professional development
- A business genuinely committed to becoming Australia's most recommended healthcare staffing brand
