The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead the site delivery of a commercial construction project in Campbelltown.

This is a permanent position, with future projects primarily located across South-West Sydney. You will work closely with the Project Manager while taking responsibility for the daily planning, coordination and supervision of electrical works on site.

The role will suit a capable foreman who plans ahead, communicates well and knows how to keep a team working safely and productively while maintaining quality and programme.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors
- Plan daily and weekly activities against the construction programme
- Allocate labour and monitor productivity
- Review drawings, specifications and installation requirements
- Coordinate works with the builder and other services trades




- Identify material requirements and organise orders in advance
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site safety activities
- Ensure SWMS, ITPs, testing records and quality documentation are completed
- Monitor progress, identify delays and report accurately to the Project Manager
- Identify variations and maintain appropriate site records
- Manage defects, testing, commissioning and project handover activities
- Set clear expectations and maintain a professional, well-organised site

About you

You will have:

- A current NSW electrical licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate
- Strong construction experience
- Previous experience successfully managing electrical crews
- A sound understanding of electrical drawings, specifications and coordination
- Robust planning, leadership and communication skills
- A practical understanding of safety, quality and programme requirements
- The confidence to deal professionally with builders, consultants and subcontractors
- A current White Card and driver's licence
