Description
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies across the Energy & Natural Resources department.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and compliance standards.
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and key indicators.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in environmental impact and resource efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in sustainability.
- Provide expert advice on sustainability issues relevant to the financial services industry.
- Lead training and awareness programs to embed sustainability into the organisational culture.
Profile
A successful Sustainability Manager should have:
- A strong background in sustainability, particularly within the Energy transition, digital infrastructure or real estate sectors.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in environmental science, sustainability, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sustainability strategies.
- Solid understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret sustainability metrics and data effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving positive change.

- A competitive salary between AUD 140000 and AUD 180000, including base and super.
