We're partnering with a highly regarded Wollongong organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to be part of a major marketing technology transformation.

This isn't a traditional BAU digital marketing role.

You'll join a high-performing marketing team and play a key role in transforming the organisation's digital capability, helping shape the future of its website, CMS and digital customer experience.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to improve how digital channels perform.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll become a key member of a cooperative marketing team and the second most senior person within the digital function.

You’ll work across projects involving:

- Website and CMS optimisation
- SEO strategy and implementation
- Digital customer journey improvements
- Marketing technology transformation
- Digital performance and analytics
- Working with internal stakeholders to improve digital capability
- Identifying opportunities to improve user experience and digital performance

Rather than simply maintaining existing digital assets, you’ll be encouraged to recommend better ways of doing things and help deliver lasting improvements across the organisation.





About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys improving digital experiences rather than simply keeping the lights on.

You’ll ideally have experience with:

- Website Content Management Systems (CMS)
- SEO and website optimisation
- GA4 and digital analytics
- Google Ads and/or Meta Business Suite
- Digital marketing and campaign performance
- Working with multiple stakeholders

You’ll be naturally curious, proactive and comfortable making recommendations that improve digital performance.

Agency experience would be highly regarded, although candidates from in-house environments are equally encouraged to apply.

Industry experience isn't important—we're far more interested in someone with the right mindset and digital capability.
