Early Childhood Educator/ Trainee in Early Childhood Education & Care

Little Achievers Kindergarten is a family owned, purpose built, 38 place early learning service located in Penshurst which is within the St George Area and a short distance away from the Sutherland Shire.

We have a fantastic team of professional, collaborative Educators working at our service, with a wonderful, supportive Management Team.

About the Role:

We are looking for Early Childhood Educators or a individual looking for a traineeship who are passionate, caring, fun-loving, and committed to providing the highest quality education and care for our surrounding community and families.

In this role, you will:

- Provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for children and their families.
- Implement the Early Years Learning Framework to foster an inclusive and stimulating workplace
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute to the rooms program, setting up inviting play spaces and documentation of children's learning.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements

What We're Looking For:

- Seeking a individual looking for a Traineeship (you will work and study whilst on the job)
- OR A Certificate 111 in Early Education and Care
- Current NSW Working with Children Check, First Aid,



Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (ACECQA-approved), Child Protection Training, Food Handling Certificate, and completed Geccko Training
- Demonstrated expereince in a similar role, ideally within a long day care service
- Proven ability to create engaging, play pased learning experiences
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, regulations and NQF.
- Able to confidently prioritise children's safety and child safe values
