About the Role

As our Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our dealership. Combining front-of-house reception duties, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the smooth operation of our busy departments.

- Provide exceptional front-of-house customer service and create a welcoming dealership experience
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Schedule appointments and coordinate bookings
- Liaise between customers and staff, providing updates




- Support the wider team with administrative duties

About You

- Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and confidence using computer systems and administrative processes
- A current driver's licence is desired but not essential
