You will be responsible for:
As Trainee Draftsperson: the preparation of workshop drawings for fabrication of structural steel
Document Control: management of documentation associated with all aspects of each fabrication and construction project, from tender stage right through to completion including issuing drawings and ordering bolts and anchors.
General administration duties to assist the Design and Project Management teams.
To be successful you will need:
Basic experience using AutoCAD or similar 3d software
High level of organisational and communication skills
Medium to high level of computer literacy
Ability to multi-task, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to efficiently manage your own workload to meet pressing deadlines
To be reliable and dependable
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Students with Engineering certificate qualifications will be highly regarded
