We are seeking a motivated and organised Dispatch Coordinator to join our busy cabinet manufacturing team in Logan Village.

This is a full-time position within a fast-paced factory environment. Previous experience in the cabinet making industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinating daily dispatch schedules
- Organising deliveries and communicating with drivers
- Reading and interpreting plans and job documentation
- Checking off and loading jobs prior to dispatch
- Hand loading cabinets onto pallets, heavy lifting required
- Ensuring orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Maintaining efficient workflow within the dispatch area
- Liaising with production staff to meet deadlines

About You

- Previous dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience preferred




- Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritise competing tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Cabinet making or joinery experience highly regarded but not essential
- Forklift licence essential
