The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive Client Support Officer to support our NDIS Account Director in maintaining strong relationships with aged care and disability service providers across Queensland and Current South Wales. This is a phone-based in office role which involves regularly checking in with clients, identifying staffing needs, supporting the rostering team during busy periods, and occasionally attending industry events.
This role requires flexibility to work as early as 6am or finish as late as 6pm Monday - Friday; 7.6 hour workdays/40 hour week.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Support
Regularly check in with existing clients to discuss staffing needs and to ensure satisfaction.
Act as the primary contact for clients, providing responsive day-to-day support.
Identify account growth opportunities and refer qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Resolve routine client enquiries and elevate complex or contractual matters
Rostering Support
Support the rostering team during peak periods by assisting with shift coverage.
Coordinate shift changes and confirmations between clients and rostering.
Report recurring staffing gaps to the Account Director and rostering team.
Business Development & Networking
Represent Conexson at NDIS events to build client relationships.
Assist with client meeting and event preparation.
Monitor NDIS industry trends and share relevant insights with the team.

Experience in client services or a similar role (NDIS or healthcare experience desirable).
