The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and organised Customer Service Representative to join our Veterinary team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. Working closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse team members and Territory Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are fulfilled on time, customer enquiries are resolved promptly, and strong relationships are maintained across the business.

What you will do

- Process customer orders received via phone, email, web orders and fax.
- Provide product availability, backorder, ETA and alternative product information.
- Prioritise and assign orders for picking and dispatch.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight providers and internal teams to resolve enquiries.
- Process customer credits, credit card payments and customer quotations.
- Maintain accurate records,



filing and archiving while supporting branch operations.

What we are looking for

- Veterinary industry experience essential.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering and managing data.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate computer skills and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative team player who is willing to support warehouse and branch operations as required.
