Work alongside a friendly experienced team on exciting projects that challenge and inspire with opportunities for continuous professional development.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications necessary.

Minimum 5 years experience in residential recent homes, renovations plus alterations and additions.

Prior experience in delegating tasks and managing deadlines.

Prepare and lodge Development Applications, Construction Certificates and Complying Development Certificates as well as developing detailed construction documentation.

Ability to create detailed working drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication skills necessary to enable liaisonwith clients and contractors.

Must be up to date withrelevant Building Code of Australia standards and safe design principles.

Ability to work independently on multiple projects highly regarded.

Advanced Archicad skills mandatory.

This is a permanent position commencing immediately.
