The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Board, the Executive Officer (EO) will provide strategic leadership and drive the sustainable growth of Miroma Incorporated.
You will
- Partner with the Board to review, monitor, and report on the Strategic Plan
- Lead operational efficiencies and maintain a strong participant-centred culture
- Ensure financial sustainability and oversee Miroma Incorporated’s position in the NDIS environment
- Build and nurture partnerships with stakeholders across the Limestone Coast
- Be the public face and voice of Miroma Incorporated at events, in the media, and within the community
- Maintain solid governance and compliance standards
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovative thinking and secure funding to support Miroma Incorporated’s growth
- Lead excellence in service quality and continuous improvement
- Continue to grow and expand Miroma Incorporated services and supports under the NDIS
- Provide strategic and organisational leadership, including workforce development
- Oversee financial management, governance, and compliance
- Foster a positive, values-driven team culture
About You
Essential:
- Minimum five years’ executive or senior management experience in the disability or health sector
- Strong financial management and budget oversight skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with government, community, and business
- High-level knowledge of NFP board governance and reporting
- Proven experience in organisational growth and systems development
- Experience in marketing, communications, and workforce development
- Values-based leadership with a passion for participant outcomes
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualification in disability, management, community development, or similar
- Knowledge of the NDIS environment
- Experience working in a regional community

Conditions of Employment
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening
- Willingness to undertake on-call duties and work outside normal hours as required. An on-call allowance is provided in addition to the negotiated salary.
