APG Workforce are currently seeking a Customer Research Operations Officer for a fantastic opportunity within a well-established organisation, working within a high-performing Customer Direction & Experience team.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone with 2–5 years experience looking to step into a dynamic role supporting customer research operations and procurement processes.

About the Role

- Support customer research projects and operational delivery
- Assist with procurement processes and vendor coordination
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across business units
- Ensure smooth execution of research activities and reporting
- Maintain systems and documentation accuracy

Key Requirements

- 2–5 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience with SAP (Ariba highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills




- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Government experience beneficial but not essential
- Police Check

Work Arrangement

This role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home each week.

- Monday: CBD office (or Redfern while the CBD office is under renovation)
- Tuesday: Parramatta office
- Third office day: Your choice of CBD/Redfern or Parramatta
- Remaining 2 days: Work from home (or from the office if preferred)
