What you'll own

- End-to-end delivery, scope, schedule, budget, quality, all of it
- Site activities, logistics, contractors and field teams, coordinated and moving
- Close collaboration with senior management, admin and operations
- Sharp, accurate project documentation and reporting
- Safety, quality and regulatory compliance, done properly
- Risks spotted early, issues solved quick and practically
- Relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders built to last

What you bring

- A track record of delivering projects, not just managing them
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities




- A problem solver's instinct and comfort with shifting conditions
- Communication and stakeholder skills that get people on the same page
- A collaborative mindset and genuine work ethic
- Readiness to travel and work regionally and remotely
- Project management software experience
- A background in fencing, construction or infrastructure
- Time spent managing projects in regional or remote locations

The essentials

- Project management experience in construction or a related industry
- Current driver's licence
- White Card or Blue Card
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
- Self-starter who's just as strong in a team
