At Smile Collective Health, we know that a warm welcome makes all the difference. As our Dental Receptionist, you set the tone for every patient's visit - and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves doing that well.

What you own

- Greeting patients and managing check-in and check-out with warmth and efficiency
- Answering phones, responding to enquiries and booking appointments
- Processing payments and managing daily reconciliation
- Maintaining accurate patient records and filing
- Liaising with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
- Keeping the reception area presentable and welcoming at all times

What you bring





- 1+ years in a receptionist or customer-facing administration role (dental or healthcare a bonus)
- A naturally warm, professional manner with patients from all walks of life
- Transparent, confident communication - in person, over the phone and via email
- Familiarity with practice management software (training provided)
- Calm, reliable and organised even on the busiest days
