Infinite Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a switched-on Project Manager to help run our roofing and wall cladding projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

This role is not for someone who wants to sit back, wait for problems to appear, and point fingers.

We need someone who can think ahead, stay organised, communicate clearly, and keep jobs moving.

You’ll be working across residential, commercial, industrial, and architectural roofing and cladding projects — so no two days are the same. There are crews to coordinate, builders to update, materials to organise, schedules to manage, and details that need to be checked before they become defects or delays.

If you’re proactive, calm under pressure, and know how to take ownership, this could be a robust fit.

The role

As our Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for measuring jobs, keeping jobs organised, crews moving, builders updated, and the work to a high standard.

This is a fast-paced role with a lot of moving parts.

You’ll need to be comfortable managing pressure, solving problems quickly, and following through without needing to be chased.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinating roofing and cladding projects from start to finish
- Managing job schedules, site progress, and crew requirements
- Communicating with builders, supervisors, suppliers,



and internal team members
- Measuring & organising materials, deliveries, access, and site requirements
- Identifying problems early and getting them sorted before they delay the job (Being proactive is key)
- Conducting site checks and quality inspections
- Keeping projects on program and holding standards across the job
- Providing clear updates to the team and clients
- Helping improve systems, processes, and job flow as we grow

What we’re looking for

- Confident dealing with builders, crews, and suppliers
- Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
- Detail-focused without getting stuck in the weeds
- Able to keep jobs moving without dropping the standard

Roofing, cladding, construction, or trade background is strongly preferred.

You don’t need to know everything, but you do need to be switched on, willing to learn, and able to handle a high-pressure environment.

- You get overwhelmed easily
- You struggle to follow through
- You’re looking for a slow, cruisy 9–5

This is a proper project management role in a busy trade business. It’s fast, practical, and hands-on.
