About the Role

Reporting to the Operations & Events Manager and the Food & Beverage Manager, this position works across both our elegant dining spaces and our private guest accommodation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing attentive food and beverage service to members and guests in dining, event, and bar settings.
- Setting and maintaining immaculate dining areas aligned with “The Moreton Way” standards.
- Assisting with room preparation, bed making, laundry coordination, and presentation of guest amenities.
- Liaising with external cleaners and conducting room checks to ensure comfort and cleanliness.
- Supporting a warm,



welcoming environment across all member touchpoints.

About You

You are personable, polished, and proactive, with a commitment to excellence in both hospitality and housekeeping.

You’ll bring:

- Previous hospitality & housekeeping experience, ideally in a fine dining or boutique setting.
- A strong work ethic and eye for presentation.
- RSA Certificate (required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Discretion and warmth in all guest interactions.
