We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and play a key role in driving business growth across corporate, MICE, wholesale and inbound market segments.

- Develop and grow corporate, MICE and leisure business to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents and business partners.
- Identify and secure recent business opportunities through networking, prospecting and client engagement.
- Manage and grow key accounts while maximising revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Revenue, Reservations, Conference & Events and Marketing teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Represent Mercure Melbourne Doncaster at industry events, client meetings and trade shows.
- Monitor sales activity, maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Champion the Accor Heartist culture while delivering exceptional service to internal and external guests.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify new business opportunities.




- Experience using Microsoft Office and hotel sales or property management systems (preferred).
- A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Full Australian working rights. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position
