The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for design, architecture and craftsmanship to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a design graduate or current student looking to gain real-world experience within a leading custom joinery business.
You’ll work alongside experienced designers and tradespeople, assisting with product research and sourcing, quotations, project documentation, showroom presentation, office administration and concept drawing. Every day offers the opportunity to learn how exceptional design is transformed into premium finished projects.
This is a newly created role with genuine opportunities for growth and career development. The position is being offered on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to develop into a full-time role in the coming years.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A background in interior design, architecture or a similar qualification
- A high level of computer literacy
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) preferred, but not required
- An understanding of residential design and drafting
- A strong eye for detail and a willingness to learn
