About the Role

You will provide a blend of remote and onsite IT support such as, M365 administration, DNS, hosting, Windows, VOIP and networking assistance. You will lead up our QA testing for our in‑house SaaS platform. You’ll also play a key role in helping clients understand and adopt WorkDash and contribute to new business opportunities through exceptional service and product knowledge.

This is a hands‑on role where your technical capability, communication skills and initiative will shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver remote and onsite ICT support to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, networking,



M365 and cloud environments
- Support and configure network devices including switches, routers and firewalls
- Assist with DNS, domain management and website hosting tasks
- Configure and support PBX/VoIP systems such as GoTo Connect
- Apply cybersecurity best practices across client environments
- Conduct structured QA testing on WorkDash’s SaaS platform
- Document bugs, test results and improvement recommendations
- Support onboarding and training for new WorkDash users
- Identify opportunities to improve client workflows using WorkDash
- Promote WorkDash’s capabilities and contribute to current business growth
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in ICT support (L1/L2 or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments and general networking
- Hands‑on experience with networking fundamentals, switches, routers and basic firewall concepts
- Understanding of DNS, hosting and domain management
- Experience with PBX/VoIP systems (GoTo Connect preferred)
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and secure configuration practices
- Ability to test software, identify bugs and follow QA processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn our SaaS platform deeply
- Current driver’s licence (for onsite support)
