This is an enriching opportunity for an experienced guide to share the remarkable stories, landscapes and spirit of the Queensland outback.

With small-group and private touring, our guides deliver highly personalised guest experiences across an exciting range of on-property and regional activities. You will have the opportunity to bring the area’s culture, history, natural environment and diversity to life, while creating memorable, thoughtful and engaging experiences for every guest.

Mt Mulligan Lodge is ideally positioned for those who value adventure and exploration, with the rainforests and Great Barrier Reef only a short drive away.

About you

- Previous guiding experience, ideally within luxury tourism, remote touring or a similar premium guest environment.
- A strong knowledge of, or genuine interest in, Far North Queensland’s history, culture, landscapes and wildlife.
- Confident communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of guests.
- A professional, safety-first and guest-centred approach.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote Australian outback location.
- Previous experience working on a remote luxury property will be highly regarded.
