We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our Tarocash ROBINA - QLD Store.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including staff management, sales, and customer service. This is a full time position based in our Tarocash ROBINA - QLD Store.

What you'll be doing

- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve store performance, and enhance the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with your area manager to identify and implement best practices
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for the store team
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a successful Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in the retail industry
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team




- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret sales data to drive business performance
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a seamless in-store experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with Tarocash leaders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale and inventory management software
