Joining an astute team of HR professionals, you will lead talent attraction, selection, development and retention initiatives across all our service brands. Your aptitude for providing strategic people solutions and sound HR advice sees you as a trusted partner from the first point of contact a person has with our businesses and through every career stage. - Managing end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Developing innovative solutions to complex sourcing challenges.

- Managing multiple HR systems, employee records and compliance requirements.
- Preparing employment-related documentation.

Our ideal candidate has significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment and selection campaigns across diverse industries, with skills, experience and qualifications that include:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in managing simultaneous, high-volume recruitment activity.
- Ability to use data to influence workforce planning and recruitment strategies.




- Foundational knowledge of the National Employment Standards and Fair Work legislation.
- Experience in interpreting Awards and/or industrial instruments to resolve queries.
- Ability to navigate HRIS and Microsoft Office applications to complete work.
- A strong history of critical thinking and problem-solving ability to overcome challenges.
- Ability to build trust, influence outcomes and create a world-class employee experience.
- A valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across sites.
- NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Our People Partner joins our People Learning Culture (PLC) team at our Head Office in Wollongong on a permanent, full time basis. The salary ranges between $92,000 and $99,000 (plus superannuation), dependent upon relevant experience and qualification.
