About the Role
You’ll respond to member enquiries on awards, legislation, and employee relations issues, delivering clear, accurate guidance by phone and email. You’ll also help prepare member updates, support research tasks, and stay across developments in employment law.
This is a permanent full-time role, however we offer Flexible working hours and a hybrid work workplace working in the office, 3 days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Provide advice on awards, legislation, and workplace relations matters
- Handle phone and written enquiries from members
- Prepare email updates and assist with research
- Support team processes and contribute to continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in advising internal or external stakeholders on various matters in industrial/employee relations
- Ability to demonstrate sound understanding of ER/IR processes
- Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail
- Confidence working both independently and in a team
- Professionalism, initiative, and a service‑focused mindset
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
