About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Community & Brand team and take ownership of delivering a agile calendar of professional events across Queensland. This is an end-to-end Event Coordination role suited to someone with around 2+ years of experience who is ready to step into a hands‑on position with real responsibility, while being supported on strategy and creative direction.
You’ll coordinate and deliver a range of events, including (but not limited to) the largest, being:
Three flagship major fundraising dinner events across Qld (100 - 350 attendees)
Our events are designed for the professional and business community, with a strong focus on delivering polished, high‑end experiences.
This role will be based in Brisbane primarily, with Sunshine Coast commuting required for induction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage events end-to-end - from planning through to delivery and post-event wrap, using EventsAir
Coordinate venues, suppliers, production, runsheets, logistics and timelines
Own event communications, registrations and attendee experience
Work with internal stakeholders to bring each event to life
Deliver seamless on-the-day execution and troubleshoot in real time
Maintain and optimise event processes year-on-year
Deeply embrace and leverage our event platforms EventsAir and database Clio
About You
You’re someone who communicates well, is highly organised, thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional event experiences.
You will bring:
2+ years’ experience in event coordination or a similar role
Experience using EventsAir or similar event management platforms (highly favourable)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, self‑motivated approach - you get things done
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
Problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure
A mindset comfortable with systems, tools, and learning recent platforms quickly
