The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional tojoin our National Bid Team.
Working across Australia and New Zealand, you will play a keyrole in coordinating and delivering high-quality, client-focused proposals in afast-paced, agile environment. Reporting to the National Bid Manager, youwill manage the end-to-end bid process, partnering closely with technical teamsacross the business to develop tailored, compelling submissions that showcaseNorth's capability.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to think quickly, manage competing prioritiesand consistently deliver to tight deadlines. You will be confident working autonomously while thriving as part of a supportive, high-performing nationalteam. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborativeapproach are essential to success in this role.
You will:
- Managethe end-to-end coordination and production of Expressions of Interest(EOIs), tenders, fee proposals and capability statements
- Supportthe development of compelling, client-focused submission content thatclearly addresses client requirements and evaluation criteria
- Write,edit and review non-technical content, making sure submissions are clear,persuasive and aligned with agreed win themes
- Coordinateinput from different stakeholders, reviews and approvals from projectdirectors, technical specialists and subject matter experts
- Ensuresubmissions are compliant, accurate, professionally presented anddelivered within tight deadlines
- Createhigh-quality proposal documents, including covers, graphics,
tables,infographics and visual content aligned with North's brand standards
- Applystrong document management and version control practices throughout thesubmission lifecycle
- Maintainand continuously improve North's bid library, templates, projectexperience database and reusable content
- Capturelessons learned and contribute to the ongoing improvement of bidprocesses, tools and submission quality
- Leverageapproved AI tools and technology to support drafting, content development,quality assurance and process efficiency
About you:
- AdvancedMS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
- Intermediateskills in Adobe InDesign
- Minimum2 years in a bid or submissions role
- Excellentwritten skills and ability to produce a high standard of publications
- Ideallyhave worked on Infrastructure, construction or engineering bid and tenderspreviously
