The Role

As a Business Manager / F&I; Manager, you will be responsible for delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions that meet each customer’s individual needs. Working closely with the sales team, you will convert opportunities into approved finance outcomes while providing an exceptional end-to-end customer experience and contributing to dealership profitability.

Key Responsibilities





Manage all Finance & Insurance sales and transactions

Achieve and exceed individual and dealership F&I; targets

Drive performance across finance and insurance products through approved finance partners

Identify and develop new customer opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and finance partners

Deliver a seamless, engaging end-to-end F&I; experience

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction at every touch point

Skills & Attributes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

1–2 years’ experience as a Business Manager in a retail automotive environment

Solid organisational and time management skills

Natural sales ability with a customer-focused approach

Solid understanding of dealership sales processes

Excellent communication skills and professional presentation

High levels of integrity, reliability, and accountability

Energy, resilience, and a positive attitude toward new challenges

Previous automotive dealership experience is highly regarded; however, full training will be provided to the right candidate.
