About the role

In this Legal Counsel role, you will be part of an established team and will work across a range of commercial matters, including:

- Drafting, reviewing and managing service contracts.
- Assisting with the integration of new acquisitions.
- Assisting with M&A; transactions, including due diligence.
- Assisting with operational commercial contracts such as technology contracts.

About you

You will be a commercial lawyer with solid experience gained from private practice or in-house. Some experience in commercial contracts is preferred.



The role would suit a 2-5-year PQE lawyer who is seeking a commercial in-house role.

You will be a quick learner who is flexible, adaptable and has an interest in the healthcare sector.
