The opportunityOur two‑year Graduate Program will run from 27 January 2027 to 26 January 2029. You will gain hands‑on experience across multiple technology teams, contribute to real projects and develop a strong foundation for a career in software engineering. No two days will be exactly the same. Throughout the program, you will:

- Contribute to software solutions and projects that support dealerships across Australia and New Zealand
- Gain exposure to different teams, technologies and stages of the software delivery lifecycle
- Build your technical, problem‑solving, project management and communication skills




- Participate in structured learning and development, including continuous improvement approaches
- Receive mentoring and guidance from experienced colleagues and industry experts
- Work with a range of internal and external stakeholders and learn how your work contributes to the broader business

About youYou do not need to have all the answers on day one. We are looking for potential, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn. We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have completed, or are due to complete, a Bachelor's or Master's degree between July 2025 and December 2026 in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline
- Have a strong interest in software development, technology and solving practical problems
- Are curious, enthusiastic and keen to continuously improve
- Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different people
- Can organise your work, manage priorities and follow through on commitments
- Are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or hold Australian permanent residency
