We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our Buying team! The Production Assistant supports the buying team in managing the development and production process from sampling through to bulk delivery. This role works closely with suppliers, factories, buyers, and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What you’ll do:

Assist with the coordination of garment production across multiple suppliers and factories.

Raise and maintain purchase orders, production trackers, and critical path documents.

Monitor production timelines and follow up with suppliers to ensure key milestones are met.

Support sample management, including tracking, receiving, and distributing samples.

Liaise with suppliers regarding specifications, approvals, lab dips, fit samples, and shipment schedules.

Update and maintain accurate product, costing, and production information in company systems.

Assist with quality control processes and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Coordinate packaging,



labeling, and compliance requirements with suppliers.

Work closely with Buying and Merchandise teams to support product launches and seasonal deliveries.

Prepare reports and production updates for internal stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a Production Assistant, Production Coordinator, or similar role within a fashion or apparel business.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.

Solid communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience working with offshore suppliers and factories is advantageous.

Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes is preferred.

Proactive and solution-oriented.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
