About the role:

Join our friendly, pet-passionate team in a key role, delivering outstanding support to our customers and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Process customer orders, Click & Collect requests, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Assist customers with Click & Collect enquiries,



including order collection, availability, and collection procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a qualified and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously develop customer service skills and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.

What you'll bring:

- Previous experience working in a customer service-based role (preferably within a call centre environment).
- A great attitude and friendly phone manner.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Confidence using various computer systems inc. Microsoft Office, Live Chat and CRM platforms.
- A love for pets (industry knowledge is a bonus!)
