Director of Care | South West Sydney

Salary: From $140,000 + Superannuation

About the Role

As the Director of Care, you will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and compliance with aged care standards. You'll work alongside a supportive leadership team and have the resources needed to focus on clinical excellence.

Support Structure

- Facility Manager
- 4 Clinical Care Coordinators (CCCs)
- Established multidisciplinary team

About You

- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Clinical Care Manager within a large residential aged care home
- Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams
- Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and clinical governance




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The confidence and emotional intelligence to navigate difficult conversations with staff, residents, and families professionally and empathetically
- A commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering outstanding resident outcomes
