The Role:

The Men’s Production Coordinator is to support the Men’s Production Manager and team in executing the inhouse brands product lifecycle. Working closely with suppliers, Buyers and other stakeholders throughout the production process, the Production Coordinator has a significant impact on the development of high-quality product, ultimately managing production costs and driving company profit.

What you will be doing:

Liaise with overseas and local suppliers, managing the critical path of inhouse product to ensure timelines, quality and margin / GP are adhered to, and suppliers have necessary technical packs including artwork, fabric swatches etc.

Liaising with Buyers to provide feedback on samples.

Manage end to end production cycle of inhouse brands, including cost negotiation, terms of trade, delivery, product and supplier requirements and stakeholder engagement.

Assist in following up with suppliers in relation to sampling timelines, providing weekly updates and other data documents i.e. following up where things are, when they’re due – costing documents etc.

Oversee several allocated departments, from order through to delivery.

Monitor and assist with supplier invoicing.





Carry out quality control on incoming stock and samples.

Forge strong relationships and communication with buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.

Create technical packs for allocated departments.

Understand supply chain process, intellectual property, copyright and trademarking requirements, as well as Australian and international product compliance.

What we are looking for:

Tertiary qualification in fashion, design or related fields highly desired.

Previous experience in coordinating fashion production team, offshore experience is essential.

Proficient in the Microsoft Suite.

Ability to prioritise and execute high volume workload with attention to detail and within given timelines.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrate strong organisational and administrative skills.

Exhibit a deep understanding of construction, knowledge of fabrications and trims for categories.

Written and spoken Mandarin highly regarded but not essential.
