Halbuild is a growing construction company delivering projects across the government, defence, commercial and community sectors. We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, contract basis.

Based in our Caringbah office two days per week, this role will be responsible for capturing and sharing the people, projects and progress behind Halbuild. You will regularly visit our construction sites to take high-quality photos and videos, transforming this content into engaging, on-brand social media posts for our clients, industry partners and prospective clients.

The role will also support the ongoing development and updating of Halbuild’s broader marketing materials, helping ensure our brand remains professional, consistent and reflective of the quality of work we deliver.

Key responsibilities include:

- Visiting project sites to capture engaging photography and video content
- Planning, creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Writing professional and engaging captions that reflect Halbuild’s brand and tone
- Creating short-form videos, reels and project updates
- Growing Halbuild’s social media following within the right industry and client audiences
- Maintaining a consistent content calendar
- Updating project profiles, capability statements,



presentations and other marketing collateral
- Working with our project teams to identify upcoming milestones and content opportunities
- Ensuring all content complies with site, client, privacy and confidentiality requirements

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
- Is confident taking and editing high-quality photos and videos
- Can turn construction activity into qualified and engaging content
- Has strong written communication and attention to detail
- Understands the difference between meaningful audience growth and simply increasing follower numbers
- Can work independently while collaborating with a busy project team
- Is comfortable visiting active construction sites
- Ideally has experience working with a construction, property, architecture or professional services business

This is an office-based position working two days per week from our Caringbah office, with regular travel to project sites. The preferred working days are flexible and can be discussed with the successful applicant.
