THE ROLE

This role is suited to an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working at a high clinical standard.

As an Oromax Dental Assistant, you will:

- Provide chairside assistance across a range of surgical procedures

- Prepare and manage surgical setups with precision

- Anticipate surgeon requirements during procedures

- Maintain strict infection control and sterilisation protocols

- Support patients with calm, professional care before and after procedures

You will be trusted to work independently within your scope while contributing positively to a disciplined and collaborative team.

ABOUT YOU

You are a Dental Assistant who:

- Holds Certificate III in Dental Assisting (essential)

- Brings solid chairside experience (oral surgery experience highly regarded)

- Demonstrates strong clinical attention to detail

- Understands sterile protocols and structured workflows

- Communicates professionally and compassionately with patients

- Values reliability, accountability and teamwork
