National Networks Plus (Frenchs Forest NSW) is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (Proficient or Advanced level) to join our allied health team on a maternity leave contract.
You will work with NDIS participants, families and support teams, conducting assessments, developing Behaviour Support Plans and implementing strategies to improve quality of life while reducing restrictive practices. A driver’s licence and NDIS screening are essential.
