Moxy Services is a leading provider of outsourced housekeeping services across resorts and short-term accommodation on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We partner with resort owners and management rights holders to deliver industry-leading cleaning services, allowing our clients to focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager - Resorts to oversee the operation of our growing management rights resort portfolio, currently encompassing 8 resorts, with several more in the pipeline. This is a pivotal and integral role for Moxy, with a direct mission to create a world-class operation focused on quality, reliability, and efficiency.

You will be instrumental in shaping our service delivery, ensuring every guest experience is exceptional, and optimising our operational processes for sustained growth. This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain existing standards—you'll help define them. You'll have the prospect to build scalable systems, develop future leaders and shape the operational framework for Moxy's continued growth across the Sunshine Coast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated housekeeping professionals across multiple resort locations.

Create, implement and document effective procedures for the onboarding and ongoing operation - processes that can scale with our growth.

Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to achieve world-class standards in quality, reliability, and efficiency.





Oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations, including coaching team leaders, training, quality control, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with resort management and key stakeholders.

Monitor performance metrics, analyse data, and report on operational effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Contribute to the strategic planning and expansion of Moxy Services' resort portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

A proven hotel hospitality professional at a management level, you'll likely have experience as ab Executive Housekeeper, Rooms Division Manager, Hotel Manager if in another senior hotel operations role.

Demonstrated business and operations acumen, with an understanding of financial management and resource optimisation.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.

Strong organisational skills and an acute attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with staff, clients, and partners.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Must hold a valid Australian driver's license, have access to reliable transportation and be willing to travel to resorts from Noosa to Mooloolaba.
