We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Captain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead daily operations, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise daily operations and ensure excellent service standards.
- Lead and support team members to achieve operational goals.
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and company standards at all times.
- Assist management with daily reporting and operational support.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
- Applicants must hold one of the following:
- Australian Citizen




- Australian Permanent Resident
- Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights

- Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position.
- Solid leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to manage daily operational tasks.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
